Australia’s leading motor racing and V8 supercar driver Jason Bright will be driving a Falcon which is designed and built by Fujitsu Racing while V8 super car driver Todd Kelly will drive all new Jack Daniels Racing Commodore which includes advanced updates.
Bright expressed that this is a key moment for their team. He added, Not only does it represent the first truly designed and built Britek race car, but we are confident that it will give us a lift in performance on the track.
“V8 Supercar racing is very competitive and just because we have a new car does not automatically mean I can start talking about running at the front.
“However, the process we have followed in the design and construction of this car has me looking forward to what can be achieved on the track.”
Bright said he was confident the new V8 would help lift him up the points table at the Barbagallo Raceway.
Meanwhile Kelly will debut his Commodore at the Perth 400 and is expecting a unique Larry Perkins-built car.
Since joining the V8 Supercar Championship series Jason has driven for numerous teams including Garry Rodgers Motorsport, SBR, HRT, Team Brock / PWR and FPR.
Todd Kelly became an Australian Karting Champion by the age of 12. He has followed the traditional path of junior open wheeler categories on his way to the top of V8 Supercar racing.
