Comments Jorge Lorenzo record at CommercialBank Grand Prix of Quatar
Jorge Lorenzo set a lap record to secure pole position at the CommercialBank Grand Prix of Quatar. Lorenzo a debutant was able to notch up his circuit of one minute 53.927 seconds making him the foremost Grand Prix rider to dip under the 1:54 barrier at the Losail International Circuit. Jorge Lorenzo rides for Fiat Yahama and is only 20, the Spaniard toppled out the Tech 3 Yamaha of reigning World Superbike champion Toseland, who has switched to MotoGP this season.
