Sports injuries are usually caused by overusing or misusing muscles or joints. On the other hand, there are prevention techniques that can drastically decrease the danger of injury. Some of the sports injuries that are common and their preventions are listed below:
Cramps in the chest: Cramps in chest are mostly caused by cramps of the intercostal muscles that lie between the ribs. Chest cramps mostly occur through physical exertion. They are recognized by sharp, occasional pain in the chest, problem in standing straight upright, and out of breath respirations. The pain generally vanishes by taking rest and by concentrated deep breathing.

Usually it is a constant condition, and presents the overuse and overstretching of the elbow. Symptoms which are most common are: pain regularly centered over the bone on the external side of the joint and increase in joint pain when you move your arm.
