It may be called as a one man show by David Hussey during the DLF Indian Premier League Twenty20 match played between Kolkata Knight Riders and Deccan Chargers. Hussey’s 38 off 43 balls helped his side to 5-112 in reply to the Deccan Chargers’ total of 110 all out.
The host side trembled during the initial overs (the Knight Riders were 21 for three), when Hussey took to the field to change the entire fate of the match. He put a whopping 47-run partnership for the fourth wicket with skipper Sourav Ganguly (14) to turn the match into the Knight Riders’ way.
 
He fabricated a gigantic six and a boundary in the 18th over to lead his side close to victory.

Meanwhile, Ricky Ponting was trapped leg before by Sri Lankan veteran Chaminda Vaas without opening his account.

It was the second victory for the Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League.
